Terms & Agreements
By registering my child with Royalty E.T.P. (East Texas Pressure) Dance Empire, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
A $25 registration fee is required to register each participant and secure their place with Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Monthly tuition is $50 per dancer. Tuition must be paid by the established monthly due date regardless of the number of practices, performances, or competitions attended during that month. Tuition covers participation and instruction and does not automatically include uniforms, travel, competition fees, accessories, or other additional expenses.
Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping their child's account current. Failure to make required payments may result in the dancer being unable to participate in practices, performances, competitions, trips, or other team activities until the account is brought current.
Registration fees, tuition payments, uniform payments, competition fees, travel payments, and other team-related payments may be non-refundable once funds have been committed, orders have been placed, reservations have been made, or services have been provided.
If a dancer chooses to leave the team, previously paid fees will not automatically be refunded. Any outstanding balance incurred before withdrawal remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Dancers are expected to attend scheduled practices, performances, competitions, team meetings, and other required activities. Parents should notify staff as soon as possible when a dancer will be absent or late.
Consistent attendance is important because routines depend on the entire team. Excessive absences, repeated tardiness, or missed mandatory practices may affect a dancer's placement in routines or ability to participate in an upcoming performance or competition.
Dancers must arrive prepared and dressed in the required practice attire. Current practice wear includes a white top, black bottoms, black jazz/tennis shoes, and hair pulled back, unless staff announces different attire.
Dancers should bring any required equipment and follow instructions given by coaches and staff.
Parents/guardians are responsible for purchasing required uniforms, shoes, accessories, performance attire, competition items, and other announced team necessities.
Additional expenses may include competitions, travel, hotels, transportation, meals, special events, photographs, team merchandise, and other activities. Parents will be informed of required expenses and payment deadlines whenever reasonably possible.
Participation may require travel outside Atlanta, Texas. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their dancer has appropriate transportation unless team transportation is specifically arranged.
Hotel reservations, transportation, competition fees, meals, and other travel-related expenses may be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Once travel arrangements or reservations have been purchased or booked, payments may be non-refundable.
Royalty E.T.P. dancers are expected to demonstrate confidence, discipline, teamwork, respect, and excellence.
Bullying, fighting, disrespect toward coaches, staff, teammates, competitors, or parents; inappropriate language; disruptive behavior; or conduct that negatively affects the team may result in disciplinary action.
Depending on the circumstances, disciplinary action may include a warning, parent conference, removal from a routine or event, suspension, or dismissal from the team.
Parents and guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with coaches, staff, dancers, other parents, event officials, and competing organizations.
Disrespectful, threatening, harassing, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in restrictions at team activities and, when necessary, removal of the dancer from the organization.
Questions or concerns should be addressed privately with appropriate staff rather than during practices, performances, competitions, or in front of dancers.
Parents and dancers are expected to represent Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire appropriately online. Bullying, harassment, threats, intentionally harmful statements, or inappropriate posts involving the organization, its dancers, coaches, staff, or families may result in disciplinary action.
Team routines, private team information, or other materials designated confidential by staff should not be posted without authorization.
Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire may photograph or record practices, performances, competitions, team events, and other activities.
A separate photo/video authorization should be provided during registration so parents can indicate whether they authorize use of their child's image or video for promotional purposes, including flyers, team social media, websites, advertisements, and other organization-related materials.
Dance, tumbling, baton twirling, ballet, conditioning, performances, and related activities involve physical activity and carry a risk of injury.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact and relevant medical information and informing staff of restrictions that affect safe participation.
If a parent/guardian cannot be reached during an emergency, the organization may seek appropriate emergency medical assistance for the participant when reasonably necessary. The parent/guardian remains responsible for medical expenses not otherwise covered.
By allowing my child to participate, I acknowledge that physical activities may involve risks including falls, collisions, strains, sprains, and other injuries. I understand that reasonable safety precautions will be expected but that all risks associated with physical activity cannot be eliminated.
Parents who decide to withdraw their dancer should notify Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire in writing.
Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a participant for serious or repeated violations of team policies, unsafe behavior, inappropriate conduct, excessive attendance issues, or unresolved financial obligations, subject to applicable law.
Practice schedules, locations, performances, competitions, instructors, and other team activities may occasionally change because of weather, facility availability, event changes, emergencies, or circumstances outside the organization's control. Parents will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
By signing or electronically accepting below, I confirm that I am the participant's parent/legal guardian or otherwise authorized to provide this consent. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Royalty E.T.P. Dance Empire Terms & Conditions and agree to follow the organization's policies.
